Thumbnail could not be downloaded / Required video url is unreachable.
Anyone else running into these errors?
Our json feed is valid. At random times, Roku will say that a handful of our videos and thumbnails aren't working. But, the links work fine. Errors will go away for a while, then a few weeks later pop back up. Not always the same files/links.
The errors are:
'#' items have error: Required video url is unreachable.
items have error: Thumbnail could not be downloaded.[/font][/size][/color]
