Testing Add Chnnel

Question

I'm new to to roku development and are having trouble adding a new private test channel on roku web site.
Using the Vanity Access Code or the Access Code always gives me the error:
"The channel code provided is not associated with a valid channel."

Any idea of what I might be missing?

Are there are players attached to that very account? Is the channel allowed for all countries (or at least for account's country)?

I memory serves me, i have seen idiotic behavior (i.e. error massage making no sense) in such cases.

Yes, there are two players attached to that account. &nbsp;And United States is selected on the channel store.

Does anyone know where I can get help with publishing a private channel? &nbsp;I have tried contacting support and developer @ roku.com with no luck.
