when I go to CMD and type telnet (my ip address) 8080 nothing pops up, just a blank black screen.. before it would work and I can type Genkey so I can get the password to package the file.. is ther...

Also, make sure that you have developer mode enabled on your device, it may reset if there was a recent software update.
