Submitting Subscription Channel for Using Roku Billing

To submit a new channel, not an upgrade, that is to be a monthly subscription channel (already approved for Roku billing), do you submit it just like any other public channel? At what point and where during the submission do you show that it is a subscription channel that you want roku billing to handle? I have not seen it yet in the steps while submitting. Just want to make sure I submit it correctly so it doesn't end up in the store for free.

    I found what I needed. It was there. I had to submit as public and then it went to a page for me to put in additional fees required and it lead me to a page to input the pricing info in case this helps anyone else.
