Showing Episodes??

Does anyone have information on the correct way to show "episodes"? For example, if I have a category called "Classic TV" and this category should lead to the names of the programs and then when viewer makes a choice it goes to the episodes of that show.

Any info to point me in the right direction will be a big help.
