Set Captions Mode Off

Hello,

I want to allow viewers to choose caption track using "*" from remote, but I want that by default to not display any caption within the video. I'm using SubtitleTracks to set list of subtitles available for videos, but I would like to be able to set captions mode off by default. Is this possible?
