Screenshots not working

Not able to do screenshots. When I choose "screenshots" it reverts to the "feed url" page. Roku is in developer mode and open to the new channel. I sent a note to ROKU. I submitted a channel and they sent back a fix they wanted and recommended adding screenshots. I prefer to have the screenshots but it's not working for me yesterday or today. Will see what they say. 

Anyone else ever had this problem?
