Sales Activity Reporting is Wrong
Hi,
Is there an error with Sales Activity reports the past couple days(February 7-8). Based on our internal analytics we should have made a LOT more sales then the report is giving us credit for. This is a lot of lost revenue. Hopefully we get paid for those missing sales and they don't just disappear.
My Transactions don't match my Sales Activity for the past week. It's not unusual for their reporting to be totally hosed, but I believe it's always straightened itself else eventually. Email partnersuccess if you want a human to take a look at it.

Same here - The last date I have a complete report for my Roku Pay Transactions (subscriber purchase payments collected), displayed in Transaction Reporting Sales and transaction activity, is event date Thursday 2020-02-06. Friday 2020-02-07 is an incomplete report. Not posting any sales purchase revenue data yet for yesterday, Saturday 2020-02-08. renojim is correct "...not unusual for their reporting to be totally hosed, but I believe it's always straightened itself else eventually..."
