Currently having problems logging in to my dev.account. But even from roku.com clicking on sign-in, it redirects to https://my.roku.com/signin?next=https://www.roku.com/ which hangs at empty sc...

Signed in fine for me. It redirected to https://my.roku.com/index and shows me logged in.
maybe try ipconfig/flushdns from the command line, or clearing your cache?
