Roku streaming device for Sky Germany

Sky Germany offers a Roku streaming device called "Sky Ticket TV Stick" (Roku 3801):

Is it possible - and if how - to connect this device to an (existing) Roku account and to install channels from Rokus official store?

Developer mode is enabled and telnet access possible. Are there any commands to change the store app URL, to install channels etc.?

    Hi skystreamer 

    Unfortunately, Roku STB devices cannot be connected to a Roku account and used to install channels from other Roku channel stores. This device is permanently locked to its Sky channel store.
