roku register screen intervel check issue

it is taking 30 seconds to check if the device is linked or not in activation process ...
when someone link their device by going in to my website and enter the 5 digits code, he sometimes need to wait 1-30 seconds to see the congratulations screen message.
if he press "get a new code" after he linked his device and waiting to see the congratulations screen message, his activation will be messed up.
what to do ? how can i show congratulations screen once after he finished.
anyone got a solution for this

and does their register token get deleted, if he reset or unplug their device ?
how to prevent that..
