FWIW, Roku are routinely late on December payments, presumably due to additional end of year processing.

they have slipped by a week (2014 reported here, viewtopic.php?f=34&t=55772#p476569). Not too bad.

All things RokuCo considered (Janice in Accounting, gen. Al Thumbs etc) - not bad at all! We should give them credit where due and they seem quite good in the area of paying off. Good job, i say!

Speaking of payments... did they ever fix the currency rates and calculating VAT wrongly for EU? Anybody got refund/explanation/apology?

I don't get many sales in the EU, so I can't say for sure, but if the fact that they haven't fixed this, yet, despite me reporting it three months ago, is any indication, I'd say probably not...

Huh, that's odd. I can understand negative balance in case there were some refunds or they realized mistake but... charging you twice the same amount within a few days?! I probably show my naiveté - but have you called emailing/calling the phone that shows on the Paypal invoice? You may call me unrepentant optimist... 8-)

BTW, my love of statistics being well known - how would you say your sales break down between countries? Looking at another source, i see something like US 93%, with Canada, Mexico and UK about equal, adding another 5%.

I only have screensavers published outside of the US, so my numbers probably aren't all that relevant, but I'd say 5% sounds about right for those specific "channels".

The Activity Report is completely broken for me, showing weird prices and negative numbers, and even the historical reports are messed up

If yes - confirming it's fracked - for me all sales show at price $0, amount $0 and total $0.

In a way, this is funny to me. I got all angry last year, everyone shot me down, payment dates, etc. Now you've all caught up, lol.

So far I've not seen one single sale from any of the new regions, Mexico, etc from channels that already existed before those regions went live. Now, I may not be to their taste but I find it odd I haven't had one single sale.

Anyone else, with channels launched prior to the new regions going live, with no channel updates, seeing sales?

Those that are seeing any sales, do the currencies show up like USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, Because I only ever see those four.

Anyone?

did you uh, update the channel meta-info to specifically enable distribution to the new regions and contact the Co. to push the change to production?
i don't think it's automatic. undocumented - sure.
