Roku emails going unanswered?

Hi all -

I have launched my channel and had it published and now I have questions about:

updating the channel with new content
developing more than one channel and how to side-load it without wiping out the current channel.

There is no information in the SDK and I have sent multiple emails to the support and developer accounts over the last week.

When I was in channel testing they would reply within 24 hours...

Any suggestions?

    feel free to do that - either upload a new channel or change it to load a list of your content from a remote server with xml or json.

    developing more than one channel and how to side-load it without wiping out the current channel.
    only one channel can be side-loaded at a time - so save your developer keys and source zip packages. If you need two sideloaded channels get a second roku box (each are limited to one at a time)
