Roku Billing : Does Roku Supports upSelling

Hi 

I am trying to understand if Roku Supports UpSelling. One of our client wants to add UpSell features to the app so that customers with lower Price subscription can purchase higher price subscription and get access to more content in the app. 

We have implemented Roku Billing and it works fine. When user is trying to upgrade to higher price subscription , does Roku automatically cancels the old subscription and start charging customer for new subscription (higher price) from next billing cycle or Roku will charge separately for both the subscriptions?

Any suggestions would be helpful.
