Sorry for being the bearer of bad news, but it's likely attributable to their year end blackout dates. Not sure if it's a result of reduced staffing during the holidays, or they do certain platform changes & take down the new channel & updating features during it.

Specifically the "In advance of these dates, Roku will certify and publish as many channels in the publishing queue as possible. However, there is typically a high volume of channel submissions before major holidays; therefore, the certification response times may take longer than usual. " part.
I would predict about January 5th-12th-ish.
