Roku Ads - getLibVersion API

The Firmware version is 8 and the Roku Ads Library version listed is 2.5 Build 21.

But in the app when "getLibVersion" is called it returns a value like "1.0312". The same value is displayed when RAF is initialized. 

Ads do play. Just curious as to where "getLibVersion" gets the value of 1.0312 instead of 2.5 ?

    This shouldn't be happening.
    i am interested in troubleshooting this further - if you can PM me link to side-loadable MWE or add-code for channel where this is happening.
