Roku 11.0 d-pad "up" button behavior

Hi,

My Roku downloaded 11.0 today and I immediately noticed different behavior for the "up" button in my app. My onKeyEvent handler is not seeing the first event when "press" = true. It looks like the system is handling this event and showing the time in the upper right corner of the screen. Is there documentation on this change/feature? When is the target date to release 11.0
