Registry clearing utility

I slapped together a simple registry clearing utility today which lists all the registry sections for whichever developer ID it's compiled under, then allows the user to remove one or some or all of them via a dialog node. It doesn't require any debug console use or anything like that; the idea is that it is something a non-tech-savvy end user can make use of.

I thought that I would share it here in case anyone might find it useful, or would like to contribute to it or use the code for any reason.
