Re-enabling Dev Mode on Roku

I enabled the dev mode no problem the other day and connected via my desktop going to http://my-roku-ip (192.168.x.xxx), but I disabled the dev mode earlier today and then re-enabled it, but now the ip of the Roku is 0.0.0.0

What is going on?

    Try to re-run the wireless or wired setup. If that doesn't work, reboot your router, and then your roku, and again, run through the wireless or wired setup.
