Thanks, this doesn't appear useful in our case. We don't have ads.

Looks like this is a new issue of the same old problem though. And 10+ days of no acknowledgement to my support ticket isn't helping me out.

Just a clarification....using ads did not affect the user's issue.  Behavior Analysis had a problem regardless of monetizing with ads or not.
