RALE freezes after opening download

I just downloaded RALE for my Macbook and it is freezing when I open it and pressing OK just throws the error message again.

The only way to close is to use Force Quit from the Mac System Settings.

 

Anyone seen this error message before and know how to correct it ? I just want to use RALE to reset the Registry of my Roku device.

    Hey.

    I assume that you are MacOS user,

    Privacy settings were updated in the latest macOS version (Sequoia). Now, RALE is attempting to access network devices. Local Network Privacy is a new feature in Sequoia, requiring developers to update their apps with a "multicast entitlement" to allow users to grant access.
