Problem w/ access of Telnet issues

In order to obtain Genkey:
My computer is Vista, Anyway...
I typed: Telnet 192.168.x.xxx 8080 and computer reply say...
""telnet" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file"

What went wrong? did i miss something here?
