Problem updating support info when submitting public channel

Hi there,
I'm attempting to submit a public channel - but are getting the following error message when I try to submit the 'support information'
Changes could not be saved. If the problem persists, please exit and restart your browser, then try again. (could not execute batch command.[SQL: SQL not available])

I've followed these instructions - tried repeatedly, and in different browsers..... can you help?

  • Reduce length of support info to < 50 characters. It is a bug in our system.
