Privacy Statement for Kid's Channel...we don't collect info

I'm trying to find out more info about privacy statement required for made for kid's channels. If we make a channel, it won't collect any information whatsoever. As a subscription channel all of the billing would be handled by Roku. Does anyone have any further info as to what needs to be in the privacy statement other than we don't collect any information from or about users?

    That's all you need - a statement that says you don't collect any information.  As far as I can tell Roku doesn't check your privacy policy.  I've seen channels in the Channel Store that give bogus links or links to a Roku page.
