Non-Certified Shoutcast Music Channel Not Under Music Category?

i built a channel using the SDK and it published, but it doesn't show up in the category i listed it as. its a non-certified channel. How do I go about getting it certified so it will appear in searches and under the corresponding category?

    explain this to me step by step? Create a new channel?
