Newbie help with unexpected Roku box login requirement.
Hi
I'm in the final phases of building a Roku channel - my first foray
I built and housed content, images, rebuilt and uploaded xml - got my Roku box in Dev mode, and have repackaged
my app into a zip ready for deployment.
I'm running Win7
However when I open my browser and point it at my Roku's IP address to deply the application zip file, I get a
"Windows Security" login dialogue that says
"The server xx.x.x.x is asking for your user name and password.
The server reports that it is from rokudev"
I can't get past it - I have no idea which login/password pair it is asking for - I've tried everything I can
(Roku passwords, Windows User Passwords - the Roku DevID/password.)
Does anyone know what the Roku box is asking for???? I suspect it might be some kind of network anomaly.
Thanks in advance!!
