New Channel Start Up

Hello.I'm new to this Channel Developer scene.  I'm looking for a person who help me create and start up a new Roku channel. I have been looking at links to articles, but it is not registering for me. I need someone who can give me step by step directions towards creating a channel and then letting me know what kind of content is allowed. Is anyone willing to help?
