Need help to troubleshoot and solve a problem, Please!

I am in need of help fixing a problem on the Victory Radio Music for the Soul channel. ROKU has been trying to help for the last couple of months while I wait. But, today they wrote me to say they don't have the bandwidth to continue working on it and I should use the forum.

On my TCL ROKU TV the channel shows the song title playing but there is no audio.

On my old ROKU XS the channel is playing fine with audio.

I have no idea how to fix this so can someone please help me troubleshoot the mystery?

    So no one has any idea why this would occur? Neither does anyone at ROKU.

      I added it to my Premiere and of course it just worked.  I don't have a TV I can add it to.  Have you had other reports of it not working on Roku TVs?  Have you tried playing with the audio options of the TV?

        Hi,

        Thank you for the reply and sorry for my delay. I don't know what changed but apparently the server I use for the stream made some changes on their backend and the channel started working again.
