My stats stopped working and can't access categories

Hello.  In the last two days the stats stopped working for my three sites.  Civil War Channel, Distillery TV, and Central PA Apartment TV.  I also need to add some categories to my sites, when I click on categories it reverts to feed. I tried using developer support contact form and the didn't work.  Any idea what I can do to get everything working?  

I'm getting this error on Feed URL page if I click on save:


There was a transport-level error - (Unknown ERROR).
