My new channel isnt showing up in search,

Question

Hi all, i need some help understanding how the Roku channel store works. I recently published my first channel : Chess Puzzles, into the Games category:

Whats strange is that its very hard to find - if i search for "chess" on the Roku i see all the chess channels EXCEPT mine.
Also, its been 2 weeks and the channel store page is still not indexed by Google, as if it doesn't exist, even though i see that all the other channel pages do appear on Google.

This combined with the fact that I'm barely seeing any users at all not to mention US users, makes me think the channel wasn't published properly, is "shadow banned" (Is that a thing?) or otherwise hidden somehow.

Can someone weigh in? Am i just being paranoid?

Today it seems that Keywords result in a few channels that seem to be tagged for preference.&nbsp; These so-so channels get a break, and everybody else is just hidden I guess.&nbsp; The search grid shows mostly content now rather than channel posters.&nbsp; You really have to dig sometimes to find something.&nbsp; I mean it's a no-brainer, if I type "fishing" I want to see 900 fishing channels if that's how many there are.&nbsp; Nobody gets left out or treated unfairly in my world.&nbsp; They need to present the whole grid page by page if they have to, but to filter 100 fishing channels down to 5 lucky developers, some who just rode into town, is just plain wrong.By the way, you can type in the entire name of a channel if you already know it or get lucky guessing, and this forces Roku to show the channel most of the time.

It's been a while since I last published a new channel, but I think it sometimes took 3-4 weeks before my channel would show up in the Games category list or in a channel store search. When I published my first channel 8 or so years ago, it was much quicker.&nbsp;

It would be one thing if the channel wasnt in the store at all, but i can find it if i search the full name:
"Chess Puzzles" but if i only search for "chess" for instance, all the other channels show up except for mine. Same with google.com

That does seem strange that it won't show up when you search for "chess". You could send an email to Roku Parter Success&nbsp;partnersuccess@roku.com and ask them about it. They've been helpful for me in the past, though it may take a few days for them to get back to you.&nbsp;
