Making Channel available in other countries

We published our channel and then found that people in Canada could not find it in their store.
We went into our account and selected Availability
Then checked all options under Channel Stores so that it reads United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Rest of World, Canada

Will this make it available to everyone regardless of whether we localized the channel or not?
They will be able to see the English version.
