Making and submitting public channels

Question about making and submitting public channels. We are wanting to create a channel like the Pursuit Channel (outdoor channel) with a straight stream not on demand.

Once my channel is live can I change how it is configured ex (from a VOD to a straight stream) if I change it does it have to be approved again?

    Yes. Updates go through the same certification process as new channels.
