Looking for a new CDN server

I operate a 24/7 streaming channel that uses playlists and I am in the market for a new CDN server as my existing one, (5centsCDN,) has broken down way too often to continue. I'm not concerned about costs, just efficiency. Does anyone have any alternatives that allow you to create playlists?
