Is it possible to use ECP or another local API to see what is playing on roku?

Is it possible to use ECP or another local API to see what is playing on roku?

Using the:

query/media-player

Edge, I can see, for example that Netflix is currently playing, but is it possible to see the name of the content? Like the content title or series title?
