In Channel Behavior Analysis step im not getting option to upload test

Question

My&nbsp; channel does not have a user sign-in and its not Monetized, in the channel Behavior Analysis step i don't have the option to upload the test so I'm stuck on this.

My Chanel is not&nbsp;monetized and I'm selecting "None of the above apply. I will not be monetizing my channel." but still the monetization step is not getting completed.

If you're still having this problem, can you please provide the following:

The Channel Store(s) selected in Channel Properties page in the Developer Dashboard.
The channel ID.
