in App order problem

Hi All

I'm posting here becoz i don't get any reply from roku partners success forum. i have published a public channel and it contain channel in product. I follow all the process for Manange in channel product and payment information in developer section.My client says users can't able to purchase the product.its shown some order problem 005. I checked with my developer account and its working fine there. but with client account i'm not not able to purchase. plzz somebody help me to sort this out?

    Some possible issues could be:

    Is the product enabled in the developer portal

    while testing were you using the fake server or test server? make sure those are disabled

     

    Are there some successful purchases? 

    If it is only some, status 5 is canceled by user.

    statusintegerContains the command's completion status, which may be on the following values:
    Value Description
    2Interrupted
    1Success
    -1HTTP timeout
    -2Other timeout
    -3Unknown error
    -4Empty list
    -5Cancelled by user
