I opened an issue with Partnersuccess April 16, 2020 and I got no answer yet

I am trying to buy advertising time for my Roku channel and, because I had some questions, I opened a new request with partnersuccess. There are 3 people assigned to the issue, but no responses yet after more than a month. Almost every week I try waking them up with "Any news?" or similar, but no answers or comments from anyone yet.

What should I do? Is there another way to contact them?
