Good luck getting a response from Roku. The last time the one Roku person who posts in this forum posted here was April 10. - JaluyaVisitorCustomer service told me to post my "complaint" over here and someone from tech support will help me. I asked for a phone number. They said there is no phone number. This is the only way.
