I am trying to set up a Roku Chanel need help.

I am looking to setup a Roku channel I watched the developer videos but still need some assistance. 

I am looking to go with an ovp so I can save money. 

I have ASCAP covering my music video content. 

I would like someone to assist in the creation of the channel and we will maintain it.
