How/when do I collect subscriber money ?

How, or when, do I collect my money, from the subscribers who pay for my Roku TV app (Sales Activity, Net Revenue, Balance) ? 
Is it deposited to my bank account on the first business day of each new month?  Or once the balance hit's a certain dollar amount ?
Anything I need to do to transfer the funds ?

    Roku pays via PayPal monthly. I usually get mine during the last 5 days of the month. They will be one month behind the actual receipts.

    There are some new options for getting paid - ACH/Direct Deposit is possible now as well as wire transfer.
