Just like the Youtube channel how will I implement bit rate change in the player screen? Please somebody help me....

Have you looked at the following doc for how to implement a bit rate ladder:
https://developer.roku.com/docs/specs/media/streaming-specifications.md#encoding-guidelines
Essentially, you're going to provide multiple video profiles with varying video quality (the bitrate ranging from 400 to at least 5800).
