    That's strange. I don't believe you need any special approval before enrolling in billing.

    You could always try the usual tricks: log out of your account, then using a different browser, try to log in and access the developer page again.

    Not likely the same issue. Rather, you are in limbo since you have not completed the enrollment yet, as far as the Co is concerned - did you receive email from "billing@roku.com" titled "Billing Enrollment Initiated"? Check your spam folderses. Did you complete what it asked for and send it back?
  • Thanks, I have not received such an email and sent an email to Roku regarding this. I'll keep you posted and if you think of anything else please let me know.  Also I'll try logging into my PP acct when I'm home and see if any notifications are pending.
