How can I stream from a Sony Location Free LF-V30 to my Roku

I have a Sony Location Free Base Station LF-V30 - output is h.264

I have Roku XD|S, HT, 2 XD, 2 XS and will soon have a Roku 3

LF-V30 is accessible from the net via dynamicDNS and port forwarding (I can connect to it remotely from across the web using Sony's location free player).

I am currently running Plex, PlayOn.TV, and two Simple.TV devices on-site.

I am a senior systems administrator and have access to build as many VM's as necessary in a datacenter setting however they would be remote to the LF-V30. I also have some scripting ability but have yet to crack open the roku sdk.

I am assuming I will need to catch the stream and then re-encode it to stream to the Roku, then have an app to display it.

I have searched high and low, and short of people trying to use the Vulkano or Slingbox, I have not seen anything work in this area. I like the idea of using the Sony because it can accept two sources with separate remotes, one of which can be HD (via composite). Also it is a direct link from player to app, unlike the slingbox, that requires authentication through their webservers.

I'm not opposed to getting another slingbox if they would release a roku app, but if any of you have some real world ideas on how I can achieve watching live tv via my Roku (utilizing theSony to encode the video) I would greatly appreciate your help.
