HLS compatibility problems roku Stick, 1

Hello.
I have a channel, and I have a URL.

http://butacaencasa.net/ST.php?numero=4912.

This works very well in a roku 3, LT, but when i try using the same URL in a Roku Stick, Roku 1, this does not work.

Please tell me if there is any difference in codecs , who supports a stick roku.
Thanks.

I just re-requested the link above... the Location header is there, but there's no URL, so again, I'm not sure how you have it working even on the Roku 3.

For reference, this is what I get when I request that URL:

  • I'm seeing the same as you now, unfortunately. It plays on my Roku 4, but not the Roku TV, and it eventually caused the Roku 4 to crash and reboot. That would lead me to believe there's something specific about the stream itself. The on-screen info (when you press OK while it's streaming) indicates MP2 audio, which I suspect is the cause. If your Roku 3 is running the 7.0 firmware, it could be that they added support for MP2 in 7.0, which would explain why it fails on my Roku TV, which is still on the 6.2 firmware.
