HEVC H.265 plays fine .. but no audio?

Hello,

We are having trouble viewing our H.265 HEVC stream:

However, our H.264 stream works just fine:

The H.265 stream plays the video but there’s NO AUDIO. My Roku device is the Roku Premiere HD that I recently purchased.

Can anyone provide some clues as to what the problem is?
