Help on Roku user information retrieval ?

Hi,
is it possible to retrieve Roku account information from Roku player.
I need to get user's first and last name, but there is no such method documented or i am missing something?

    You could ask them to enter their first and last name from an roKeyboard screen. I think the roku account info is a privacy concern if there was some way to get it without the user's consent.
