Have you go an Ad blocker on your network?
I turned off my Eero Ad blocker briefly, restarted the CBS All Access program which now worked. I then restarted the Eero Ad blocker and the program kept running no issues.

It works for me as well. I wonder if there is a way to keep the ad blocker on but allow the cbs ads to pass through. Does anyone know if that is possible?

It would probably be best to reach out to CBS directly. Not sure the developers of the CBS Roku channel check these forums.
Agreeed 10000% I hate this because of this! Where you ever able to figure this out! I just gave up and canceled after months of trying to get it to work!
