Having problem supporting both Roku & Roku2 devices
Hi,
Here is my story:
I've created a simple channel on a Roku2 XD. I Added the channel to my account as a public channel. I used the unpublished access code on the Roku2 device and it was a success.
I tried the same code on an old Roku XD this time with no luck.I even went back and used my code on the old device and the channel was working fine in development mode.
Then i realized when you add a public channel you can only select Roku2 as "Required Features". I'm 100% sure my code is compatible with both devices.
So my question is what did I miss in the process to support both devices?
Here are my channel properties:
Status Publishing
Version 1.0
Min. Firmware v2.5 b388
Required Features Roku 2
