Has anybody had issues submitting updates recently?

I haven't been able to successfully submit an update recently, about a week.  I haven't seen anybody else mention it, so it may very well be me.  I can select a pkg file, upload it, but I can't save any changes.  I see this error: http://f.gabe.bz/1A2U0H1E2t1c

I've tried other browsers, but no luck anywhere.  But it's hard to believe the package update page would be broken for this long.
