GetUserData Command is not working propertly in a Published Channel

Hi Everyone!

I am getting an issue when I trying to get user data with the channel store command "getuserdata".When I try to get the data, this loading dialog box appears, but it closes immediately and never shows the data of the user. This is happening with a published channel.

Anyone knows something about this issue? Thanks

    Happened to many apps. Probably a Roku Server side bug.

    For me and other apps it works again.
